HR Systems

We are looking for a structured and hands-on person who can support our HR systems and processes in our Group HR department. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based at the Atradius headquarters in Madrid, Spain.

Group Human Resources Department
The Group Human Resources (GHR) Department has the role of supporting and enabling all the local HR teams across our offices. This includes 10 teams in all regions of the world covering our 3,500 employees. In GHR we are a small team with expertise in all HR related domains such as compensation and benefit including international mobility, learning and development (Atradius Academy), employee engagement, HR compliance, controlling, analytics, etc
Within GHR, the System and Processes Team takes care of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), recruitment tool and all processes related. We thrive to support the local team who are the ones using the systems in a day to day basis. Our aim is to empower local HR to do their job more efficiently, make the systems more user friendly, train users and work more effectively.
Job Description and Main Responsibilities
You will be supporting different projects and day-to-day activities and be involved in all aspects of the system life-cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritisation, requirement, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving our end users.

Day to day answering questions from local HR, solving issues and overall supporting local HR
Contribute to the continuity, continuous development, and innovation of our HR systems
Liaise with key users, identify issues/opportunities, and translate findings into workable solutions

**Manage stakeholder expectations**: e.g., by aligning plans and ensuring everybody knows what to expect, when, and why
Administration work such as mass uploads, creation of elements in the system, clean ups, data entry, report creation etcs
Participate in projects (or even lead some of the projects)
Team up with direct colleagues, counterparts in HR, and others cross unit to tackle projects that achieve organisational goals
Act as a liaison between business and technology

Minimum bachelor level obtained (in Human Resources or Informations Sytems preferred)
Fluent in English and preferably in Spanish as you will be based in Madrid. Experience with an HRIS and/or Application Tracking System is a big plus
