You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESConduct end to end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external rolesOversee employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, etc., in a timely and professional mannerPromote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidlyUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesEnsuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment statusUpdate Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibilityProduce and submit reports on general HR activity as neededAd hoc support with budget monitoring and payrollEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptlyEnsure compliance with labor regulationsPrepare different documents that come from the employee life cycle (offer letters, data change letters, end of season communication for seasonal workers, etc.)Manage the rehire and suspension of seasonal workers ("fijos discontinuos") on a yearly basisMaintain talent management tools on your scope of responsibilitySupport in processing employee complaints regarding discrimination and / or instances harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actionsConduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessaryRequisitosYou have experience in a fast paced environment; 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist or similar roleExperience managing end to end recruitment processes with high volumesHas managed employees and managers queries on a regular basisHas worked on keeping and assessing the accuracy of the information sitting in the HRIS toolsBachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related fieldAdditional HR training or experience is a plusExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessResourceful, problem-solving aptitudeTeam playerGood reporting and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as Labor regulations.Skilled in MS Office, HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), and comfortable learning new technology systems as neededFluent in English and SpanishInformación adicionalWe offer : Competitive salaryPermanent contractBenefits :Meal vouchersLife insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
