With offices in 60+ cities across nearly 30 countries, Oliver Wyman combines deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation. **We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support our brand building strategy.** **The Opportunity**: In this role you will help execute key marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing leads from industries like Private Capital, Automotive and Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods and capabilities such as Digital, Pricing, Sales and Marketing; you will also collaborate with marketing leads from our centres of excellence across digital, social media and events. **Key responsibilities**: - Webpage - Support Marketing Manager with webpage copy writing - Social Media - Own social media planning strategy and execution - Draft content and discuss imagery with Design Team, schedule social media posts, activate internal audience - Events - Collaborate with Marketing Manager on workflow planning and execution, in close collaboration with the events, communications and digital centres of excellence - Own event social media planning and execution, including creation of social media content - Own data collection and reporting - Return on Marketing Investment - Own reporting process to assess success of campaign in collaboration with data team - Provide insights and recommendations for upcoming campaigns **Who We Are Looking For**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or comparable experience) preferred - A minimum one years’ experience of global marketing campaigns working across practices, groups, and/or regions - A passion for creating engaging digital content, and ideally some editing experience - Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems **Your Skills and Attributes Will Be**: - Ability to interact with people at all levels and in all locations of Oliver Wyman and to be part of a global team that thrives in collaboratively - Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and unstructured environment where priorities often shift - A strong project manager able to work both independently and collaboratively to create, manage, and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts - A self-starter who can demonstrate a strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work with little guidance - Excellent communication skills & fluent verbal and written English - Excellent Powerpoint skills **What we can offer you**: - Full time job contract with an attractive compensation package - Opportunity for professional growth in a stable, global company - Access to mentoring and training programs - Inclusive culture with Employee Resources Groups and CSR activities - Working in diverse and dynamic teams, friendly and flexible workplace that promotes work-life balance **Why Oliver Wyman?** Working as part of our global, entrepreneurial company, you’ll do meaningful work from day one.
