By joining our new winning global customer experience team in Barcelona, you will play a key role in creating a unique experience for our customers. Your entrepreneurship with a natural client intimacy will help us to delight consumers with iconic product leveraging market-differentiating capabilities for our customers.

Your emotional intelligence combined with strong negotiation skills will help you to build the right partnership in the supply chain and beyond to ensure on-time and complete delivery of goods. As business catalyst, you will regularly communicate with sales, logistics (including transportation and warehousing), accounts receivable and planning to resolve issues and ensure that customer expectations are met.

Your active listening collectively with your persistence, will help you to drive customer loyalty and achievement of the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering exceptional customer service. Your efficiency in managing crisis will help us to manage day-to-day order management, including receiving customer orders, cleaning orders, removing order blocks, processing change requests and managing order releases.

With you natural strength as controller on detail-orientation and accuracy, you will ensure clean and accurate data management and predictive analysis to make sure we reach agreed customer KPI goals.

**We value your**:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field

2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or order management

**Hard skills**: Planning & monitoring, data analysis, troubleshooting, SAP SD, CRM systems, inventory management, demand planning, root-cause analysis, process improvement

**Soft skills**: Foreign languages (High level of English is a must; German, Polish or Russian language is a plus), managing stress, persistence, managing crisis, client intimacy, problem solving, active listening, emotional intelligence, verbal/written communication, resilience
