Leading resort brand-management, travel and hospitality group is looking for a Regional IT Operations Director (Europe).

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
To be responsible for hotels technology solutions & operation across inclusive collection hotels in Europe

To lead regional IT team to provide high quality on-property service level & execute new projects To establish effective communication with stakeholders for new openings, takeovers, projects and budget processes

To partner with business & brand product managers to define tech roadmaps aligned with business objectives

To participate with business and product managers to refine initiatives, outcomes, and key deliverables

To serve as a “trusted advisor,” and as the primary IT point of contact for Ops teams and hotel managers

To be responsible for the delivery and implementation of in-destination solutions

To act as the key liaison across all functional areas, partner with PMO Hospitality team to manage key projects involving in-destination technology

To oversee the portfolio, solutions delivery and positive impact of technology in the organization

To own and maintain forecast and budget monthly and yearly processes for IT expenses

**Main requirements**:
Based in Palma

Bachelor's degree in business travel or technology related field from college or university

10+ years of experience in Hospitality and Technology (preferably in All Inclusive, Full-service and selected service markets)

10+ years of experience with managing IT team(s), project management in corporate companies

Experience with hotel IT processes, requirements and standards

Strong understanding of business goals, effective communications and portfolio priorization Understanding and/or desire to learn travel industry and technology

100% English and Spanish language (fluent speaking and writing mandatory)
