**What you will be doing...**

Due to internal progression, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our** Jet2holidays **Team as an **Overseas Regional Manager** in the **Balearics** Reporting to the **General Manager - Overseas**, our **Regional Managers** work as part of the** Jet2holidays** Overseas Management Team and are responsible for the **planning, strategy, performance **and **service delivery** of **Jet2holidays** across a region of our overseas destinations.

**What will you do in the role?**
- You will have a significant input into the **creation, forecasting, planning **and **adherence** to your **operational budget** and **resourcing strategy,** ensuring we have the flexibility and agility to respond to internal and external impacts and influences which may occur in your region.
- A key part of your role will be to **drive and inspire **your in-Resort Teams to deliver our **Customer Service Promise **within the constraints of operational budgets.
- You will also manage the relationship with our **third-party agents** in line with our agreed industry leading service levels and ensure that **Company policies, procedures and values** are followed
- Through regular **visits to the destinations **within your region you will undertake service delivery reviews with your **Destination Managers** and provide on-going **coaching and development **of your Team.

As we employ on
- **local employment contracts**, you will hold full
- ** right to work documents for the country** where the role is based and be
- **living in the region applied for **or willing and able to
- ** source your own accommodation **there and required documents. Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will already be a
- **driver with access to your own vehicle **which you are able to use for work purposes. You will also be flexible to
- **undertake regular travel to our UK Head Office**.**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- Proven **senior managerial experience** gained from working within a large workforce within the **Travel Industry**, preferably from **Tour Operations.**:

- Experience in **strategic planning** to ensure company targets are achieved across **multiple locations.**:

- Excellent** team leadership and motivational skills** with the ability to lead teams remotely and **manage difficult & challenging situations **through to a positive conclusion.
- ** Spanish language ability **is desirable as is a knowledge of **Spanish working regulations.**
