Como parte de nuestro equipo en XTART, serás responsable de:

- Liderar la** creación y puesta en marcha de la Oficina de PMO**, estableciendo procesos, metodologías y herramientas de gestión.
- **Acompañar a las unidades de negocio en la gestión del cambio**, identificando necesidades y proponiendo soluciones para optimizar procesos.
- **Definir y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos**, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, KPIs, gestión de riesgos y desviaciones.
- **Apoyar la planificación y gestión de proyectos transversales** desde la fase de iniciación hasta el cierre.
- **Realizar el seguimiento financiero y operativo** de los proyectos, asegurando un control riguroso sobre recursos y presupuestos.
- **Garantizar la gestión del conocimiento**, manteniendo actualizada la documentación y promoviendo las mejores prácticas en la organización.
- **Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento con equipos multidisciplinario**s, elaborando informes de estado y proponiendo mejoras continuas.
- **Optimizar la asignación de recursos y asegurar la entrega de resultados** alineados con la estrategia de XTART.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en estructuración y gestión de oficina PMO, idealmente en entornos dinámicos y en crecimiento.
- Altamente valorable experiência en el sector educativo y de formación reglada.
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, Waterfall, PMI, Scrum) y herramientas como Jira, Trello, Asana o similares.
- Capacidad analítica, planificación estratégica y supervisión financiera de proyectos.
- Dominio de herramientas y aplicaciones del entorno Microsoft.
- Dominio de Power BI, Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión del cambio, con capacidad para influir y generar impacto en diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, facilitando la colaboración entre equipos y garantizando la alineación estratégica.
- Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas, con un enfoque práctico y adaptabilidad a entornos de cambio.
