- Minimum 6+ years of working experience in quality management and plant maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business economics or equivalent;

- High level of analytical thinking as well as conceptual and communicative strengths.

- Broad understanding of market trends, technologies and regulations related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance in the process industry.
**Key roles and responsibilities**:
- In this role, you will be responsible to grow the QM/PM practice through collaboration with all business units to ensure Quality Management and Plant Maintenance support corporate and business goals.
- You will take over the optimization and further development of business processes in our SAP system utilizing our service provider..
- In addition, you will manage your projects and ensure their success - from requirements analysis to go-live.
- For your customers, you are the first point of contact for everything to do with SAP EAM or QM and S/4 HANA. To this end, you will conduct individual training sessions and workshops.
- Internally, you will continue to expand the know-how in SAP EAM and pass it on to younger colleagues. In addition, you will support the sales department in presales.
- Depending on your preference, you can provide technical leadership in the project, manage the project or work hands-on as a consultant - our customer allows you to work flexibly and self-determined.
- Take full responsibility for successfully implementing new processes in the area of maintenance, and plant maintenance
- Implement data quality improvements to ensure data meets the standards set by the business.
- Strong relationship management skills to ensure that the users meet their business priorities and interact cross-functionally.
