MLF- SEL - SAP SOLUTION OWNER QMBARCELONAWe collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the most relevant Global ERP Transformation Project worldwide. They are expanding their team with a new role, looking for top SAP professionals, who will have a key position in the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Solution owner (SAP QM) is responsible for managing the SAP QM solution lifecycle from end to end in terms of architecture, design, delivery, maintenance and operations in line with the IT functional and technical requirements expressed by the IT Business Partner and in compliance with the Architecture, Data and Information security policies. He/she has the followingResponsibilitiesDefine the SAP QM solution roadmap in line with the IT Business Partner commitment towards the Business Process Owner (BPO)Manage the design, implementation and deployment of the template on the SAP QM solution in line with the program plan in terms of outcomes, planning and resourcesPropose technical solutions and evolutions responding to the IT functional and technical requirements expressed by the IT Business Partner through the demand management processTrack and report on SAP QM solution Service Level Agreements complianceManage the backlog of evolutions related to the SAP QM solution with the IT Business Partner in terms of priorities against the development team capacityInitiate and maintain SAP QM solution documentation repository (functional and technical specifications, procedures, end-user guides and documentation, etc.)Manage the SAP QM solution evolution over time in terms of modernization, obsolescence and operations cost efficiencyContinuously improve SAP QM solution and identify opportunities from industry trendsSkills and QualificationsEducation: Relevant IT-related academic backgroundCertifications: Relevant SAP certifications preferredLanguages: Fluent in English.Professional experience5+ years of relevant experience in managing the SAP QM solution in a global/multi-country organization3+ years of experience in IT solution management, business analysis and project implementationExperience in technological solution management (including SAP) and innovative projects implementationPersonal skillsAbility to work with key stakeholders in the organizationTeam spirit and collaboration at a global scaleSynthesis and analytical capabilitiesDetail oriented thinkingGood interpersonal skillsTravel RequirementsThis role will likely require a 40%-50% commute structure depending on project phases and requirements.
