Job summary
EU ATS (Amazon Transportation Services) is a high-powered creative team which is shaping the transportation planning and execution within the Middle Mile operations network. This team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the transportation network and bring the best customer experience through reliability and cost efficiencies.

TOM team focuses on managing the yard activities in the Fulfillment Centers across EU. This team is the interface between FCs and the Supply Chain/Trans organizations. To be successful in this role, you need to have tremendous follow-through skills, ability to interact with workforce, sound judgement and the ability to “roll up their sleeves” to support and drive execution of yard operations.

The Program Manager delivers already defined framework by managing the full cycle of the program by executing projects effectively, in the same time consistently identifying opportunities to improve the program and seek feedback. Acting independently with hands on approach in ambiguous environment while collaborating with various teams and engaging the stakeholders. Comfortable to ask for support, guidance or strategic direction when required to succeed in progress managing risk or removing blockers to deliver to our customers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Planning, execution, and delivery of one or more programs under defined strategy
- Working across different teams and customers to set and clarify requirements, in the same time influence their roadmaps and decisions
- Delivering on multiple team goals and determine solutions that might impact on country or regional level
- Understanding the business problems, tools, workflows, and the inter dependencies that pertain to a program area
- Identifying, testing and validating innovative solutions to improve and exceed the business requirements and seeking feedback
- Identifying the risk, blockers that might impact the program and escalate to right audience to seek support to progress

- Completed Master’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar related discipline.
- Experience with lean process, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
- Data Analysis proficiency e.g. SQL, advanced Excel
