🕒 Jornada: 40 h/semana – Martes a sábado, de 12:00 a 20:30 h (con posibilidad de rotación con turno de mañana)
Descripción del puesto:
Buscamos un/a Operations Program Manager para liderar y optimizar los procesos de entrega de última milla en nuestro centro de operaciones de Getafe. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la eficiencia operativa, la seguridad y la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Supervisar y mejorar el rendimiento de los socios de entrega (DSPs).
- Coordinar operaciones para maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad.
- Implementar prácticas estándar de trabajo y soluciones innovadoras en tiempo real.
- Gestionar la seguridad de la flota y realizar auditorías.
- Investigar incidentes y proponer medidas preventivas.
- Planificar la capacidad operativa y optimizar recursos.
- Resolver escalaciones de clientes y asegurar la calidad en las entregas.
- Impulsar la mejora continua en procesos y experiencia del cliente.
Requisitos básicos:
- Nivel avanzado de español (oral y escrito).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2).
- Experiencia en análisis de datos y métricas operativas.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requisitos deseables:
- Experiencia en gestión de socios comerciales.
- Experiencia en entornos operativos como logística, retail o atención al cliente.
