As a **Technical Sourcer** on our global Talent Acquisiton Team, you will be part of defining and executing the talent sourcing strategy for a variety of engineering and technical leadership roles.
**Your responsibilities**:

Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, Github etc., and by targeting communities, meet-ups and conferences
- Partner with engineering leaders and recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding technical requirements of the roles, the engineering challenges, and calibrate profiles across multiple teams and locations
Have a good understanding of the talent market and keep and eye on the pulse of talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we’re after

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years technical sourcing experience in a search firm / agency or in-house recruiting team
- Experience in partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
