We are currently looking for an** Accountant** to join our Accounting and Finance team in our** Madrid** office.

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and a willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.

**What is the role About?**

You will work closely with the team to ensure full accounting, tax, and administrative compliance for IPS Spain S.A. and Arquíd S.L.P. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding the accuracy of financial information, meeting all legal deadlines, and ensuring alignment with Group reporting standards. You will also contribute to effective cash flow management and corporate reporting, while actively supporting the successful implementation and integration of the ERP system.

Furthermore, these will be your responsibilities as an Accountant:

- Record, classify, and archive accounting and tax documents in ERP and SharePoint.
- Manage payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring correct invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other filings.
- Support monthly reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and payroll accounting.
- Assist in ERP implementation and contribute to process improvements within the Finance team.

Working collaboratively with the wider finance team on non-business as usual project work.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting principles and tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding).
- Background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP systems
- Prior exposure to international or multicultural environments will be valued.
- Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting).
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar documentation management tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language is a Plus.
