We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit an Advertiser Account Manager for our Barcelona office.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of account managers, providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Lead regular meetings with publishing partners to provide campaign updates and discuss new opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Key clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience managing a team of account managers
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization tactics
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
