With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for an Acquisition Manager - Paid Media Google for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.

How Do You Fit In?

The Acquisition Manager for paid videos will be responsible for the internal control of all video media channels marketing campaigns, especially YouTube, for Fabletics Women and Men, and across the EU markets.

This position will work very closely and will report to the Sr. Manager Paid Social Channel.

Tasks
- Managing the video channels accounts for Fabletics and across the EU markets to ensure the company’s goals are met;
- Elaborating and managing the channels campaigns strategies (optimization of content, audiences, bidding, positioning );
- Responsible for new tests ideas and keeping track of wins;
- Working closely with and reporting to the Fabletics Europe Sr. Acquisition Manager Paid Social Channels.
- Extensive performance reporting and analysis to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends;
- Responsible for managing the video channels spend levels within budget and according to performance & goals;
- Liaising with the wider Media team as the video channels expert;
- Responsible for benchmarking ads on video channels;
- Exploring opportunities related to each market individually;
- Contributing to the company wider vision & goals;
- Developing relationships with partners;
**Requirements**:

- 1/2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in YouTube and Google advertising;
- Google certified preferred;
- Advanced Analytical & Excel skills;
- Highly developed problem solving skills;
- Ability to take initiatives;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Understanding of business strategy to be able to organize and prioritize your work;
- Good command of written and Spoken English;
