We are looking for a profile to be the coordinator and technical leader in an important service management and administration of cybersecurity systems.

Join our team full of talent and creativity where your main objectives will be to coordinate the technical team, collaborate with the service manager in service management tasks, lead the technical work and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. In turn, you will participate in the technical tasks of the service and in the development of procedures and achievement of objectives.

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following knowledge/experience:

- Experience in administration, operation and maintenance of cybersecurity technologies.
- Microsoft EOP, DLP, CASB, AIP, Defender, Defender.
- MISP
- Trendmicro Deep Security
- McAfee ePO

Nice to have:

- Experience with other similar cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience in project or service coordination and management tasks.
- Technical certifications in cybersecurity technologies
- Security and service management certifications
