As a Cybersecurity INF Service Owner you will play a fundamental role in providing, optimizing and innovating state-of-the-art cybersecurity services end-to-end. You develop a holistic “service vision”, decide on service strategy and steer the implementation of the service lifecycle.
This position is open to be hired in Portugal and/or Spain.
**This is your challenge**:
- You are responsible for the detailed specification of the requirements and for coordinating the implementation for new or changed services, as well as identifying a suitable approach for their implementation. This includes the creation and maintenance of the “service architecture”
- You ensure that all service infrastructure and other required capabilities are tested and deployed
- You control the progress and accept or reject the results
- You are responsible for the proper planning and execution of the service budget including supplier management
- You are responsible for maturity and status reporting to different stakeholders including Top Management
- You are the Project Manager for all service team and customer relatives activities (Service board meetings, team meetings, Sprint planning and retrospective, Backlog maintenance, coordinating necessary tests, etc.).
**What you need to make a difference.**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or similar
- More than 5 years of practical experience in the field of Cybersecurity. Preferably as Cybersecurity Officer, Technology Consultant or similar.
- General knowledge of Cyber Security standards (ISO27001, NIST). Certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
- Experience in project-based work, as project coordinator and/or as consultant.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with others.
- Ideally you have international experience.
- Proficient in English.
