**Description**

Join our Sales team as a Sales Assistant / Sales Operations Manager and play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the team in delivering quality proposals and materials to help close deals. This role is integral to ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate CRM data, and alignment with the Sales Manager in managing opportunities from start to finish. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the sales organization and gain expertise across different stages of the sales cycle.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the progression of the sales pipeline in the CRM tool, ensuring data is up to date and opportunities are accurately tracked.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure all sales opportunities and information are correctly reflected in the CRM.
- Generate weekly sales reports for the company’s management, highlighting pipeline progress and key updates.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals in line with the Sales Manager’s strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal requirements.
- Develop high-quality sales materials, including presentations, use cases, and value proposition explanations.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure contract preparation runs smoothly, providing agility to the overall sales process.
- Support the development of sales strategies and drive the implementation of sales operations initiatives to streamline processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales process, ensuring high standards of organization and quality control.
- Participate in a development plan aimed at growing your skills in different areas of the sales organization, with the potential to take on more responsibilities over time.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain organized and accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in producing high-quality materials such as presentations and written content.
- Experience managing or supporting sales processes, including proposal preparation and sales reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth contract and sales operations.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
