We are looking for an enthusiastic, personality, energetic and professional **bartender** with relevant experience to be part of our team You will join in **THE ROOFTOP** team**.**

The Rooftop is a bar, restaurant and pool situated on the 7th floor. Imagine views of Sagrada Familia, a large bar with the freshest cold-pressed juices, sunbeds facing Gaudi’s Casa Milà, a bright, refreshing pool and impeccable Mediterranean dishes. This is Barcelona’s new favorite all-day spot, with yoga and coffee in the morning, wine by the pool in the afternoon sun and dancing with the city’s best DJs at night.

**Responsibilities**:
As a bartender, you elevate the culinary experience of the guests during their visit to The Rooftop. Your main responsibility is to be helping them to keep track of work standards, productivity, practices and guest satisfaction. You will make sure that guests feel at home, guide them through their visit and provide them with the best service possible. You are their go-to contact during their whole stay, their friend at the table and the one who ensures they enjoy the very best this Rooftop has to offer.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage
- Team spirit
- Flexible and hardworking & to work in shifts
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Active listening and effective communication skills (fluent in English and Spanish)

**Contract conditions**:

- Contract: full time. Seasonal indefinite contract. To work each year from April to October.
- Location: Barcelona
- Incorporation: immediate (This year's contract runs until the end of October).
- Salary: between 1.600 -1.900€ monthly.
