Funciones
- Asesoramiento a Operations Managers en materia de Relaciones laborales y Administración de personal.
- Trabajo continuo con la Dirección de Operaciones para trazar estrategias y planes en cuanto a materia de Recursos Humanos.
- Representar a la empresa en las reuniones con los comités de empresa y con los sindicatos.
- Análisis de KPIs (absentismo, rotación, Ft’s, productividad,etc.), investigar sus causas y proponer planes de acción.
- Seguimiento de planes de acción para la mejora de productividad. Detección de necesidades, planes de formación y desarrollo.
- Asesoramiento sobre política retributiva y cuestiones de Derecho laboral. Dar soporte en procesos de despidos, régimen disciplinario y jubilaciones.
- Apoyar a los managers en la selección y aportar ideas para la mejora de los procesos de reclutamiento.
- Crear formaciones y reuniones de apoyo en temas de RRHH.
- Detectar necesidades de formación de los equipos y coordinar las mismas con el departamento de formación.
- Seguimiento de planes de acción para la mejora de productividad. Detección de necesidades, planes de formación y desarrollo.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho, ADE o Ciencias del Trabajo. Postgrado o similar de RRHH. Deseable Master en Dirección de RRHH.
- Conocimientos en Derecho Laboral.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en posición generalista de RRHH en empresa sector Retail o Restauración.
- Deseable mínima experiência de 2 años como HRBP y en planificación e implementación de cambios.
- Conocimientos avanzados de MS Office (Excel) y deseable conocimiento de SAP
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma esporádica

- Flexibilidad horaria en la entrada y salida. Horario de referencia de 9.00 a 18.30 (L-J) y de 9.00 a 14.00 (V)
