**OBJECTIVE**:
Performs all tasks involved in the production

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years of experience in assembly and logistics activities.
- CFGM/CFGS is a plus

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Build product subassemblies or final assemblies.
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Prepare and assemble materials.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
- Package finished products.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.

**OTHER SKILLS**:

- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize work, and appropriate attention to detail.
- Motivation for working in an international technological environment of an SME with strong growth.
- Capable of working independently to a production schedule
- Ability to interpret instructions and to follow a given sequence of tasks
- Ability to detect variances and/or defects
