**Misión**:
Realizar los lotes de fabricación siguiendo los protocolos en materia de calidad y seguridad. Interpretar los procedimientos e interactuar con el mánager para el seguimiento de los aspectos técnicos de la planta.
**Responsabilidades y funciones**:
- Asegurar la finalización de los lotes de fabricación cumpliendo los protocolos existentes. Contribuir a crear o establecer dichos protocolos cuando se transfieran o internalicen nuevos procesos.
- Contribuir al proceso de fabricación desde la gestión y solicitud de materias primas, hasta la esterilización de instrumentos, preparación de medios, fermentación y operaciones posteriores; desde el control del proceso hasta la formulación y el llenado. Seguimiento de las desviaciones de calidad.
- Contribuir, desde el conocimiento práctico, en la mejora de los protocolos de fabricación, calidad y seguridad.
- Asegurar la implementación del Sistema de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la compañía.
- Asegurar la implantación del Sistema de Calidad bajo las directrices EN-UNE-ISO 22716:2017 y GMP de la ISO 22716, entre otras normas de calidad.
**Habilidades relacionadas**:
**Formación / educación**:
Educación técnica (FP o equivalente) donde la manipulación de microorganismos y el trabajo en estéril es imprescindible, o Estudios superiores en el ámbito de la Biotecnología
**Experiência**:
Experiência de mínimo 2 años en empresas del sector desarrollando funciones similares. Habilidades prácticas en procesos de fermentación (mínimo con reactores de sobremesa 5-15L, deseable a escala de cientos de litros).
Conocimientos y experiência en procesos y equipos de
_downstream_ o separación. Experiência en procesos biocatalíticos.
