**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Corporate Sector Lending Team at Wholesale Banking.

The responsibility of this team is to provide financing solutions to our clients and our way of working is in very close cooperation with other departments of the bank, leveraging our sector expertise and network.

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a Graduate you will be involved in transactions which have a large impact on our clients. You work closely together with team members in Madrid and other locations, and with various product specialists across ING. Your main tasks consist of:

- In-depth involvement in live transactions throughout the entire transaction cycle
- Assistance in the execution of corporate lending transactions (under supervision depending on complexity)
- Monitoring and review of the existing portfolio (under supervision depending on complexity)
- Monitoring and preparation of industry and peer group analyses
- Support in drafting term sheets and in the review of documentation
- Close cooperation with credit risk management, account managers, syndications, legal, and the capital markets team
