**Job Title**:Senior Lending Officer for Wealth Management

**Overview [Business/Role Specific Description]**

You will have to analyse the credit proposals from Wealth Management Bankers and structure them within the DB Credit Appetite. You will have to conduct a risk assessment and set up a credit recommendation. In addition, you will have to write up the credit reports (new transactions / renewals) and discuss it with Risk. You will have to monitor your assigned portfolio and visit clients with the Relationship Managers. You will have to oversee the work of junior team members.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Support WM Bankers in the structuring of the transactions to meet DB Credit standards
- Write up the credit requests for WM clients (both new deals and renewals), conducting a proper assessment of the risks and mitigants to set up a sound credit recommendation
- Discuss the transactions with Credit Risk Management
- Visit clients together with the WM Relationship Managers
- Portfolio monitoring, including margin calls review, covenants, dpds and other potential credit events
- Oversee and train the work of junior team members

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Senior lending officer with more than 5 years of expertise in wealth management and structured financing in a Financial Institution
- Bachelor degree in business / law
- Advance level in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Credit analysis methodologies and wealth management products/structures
- Outspoken person. Willing to take ownership. Decisive and problem-solving skills

**How You’ll Lead**:

- Accountant for the credit decision made
- Ownership of the presented transactions in front or Risk Members
- Oversee and developing of the junior team members
