**What the day will look like**:
The Digital Group Platform Product Manager will play a key role in managing and leading the innovation and development of our global digital insurance platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Product Management for one or many components of our core insurance platform.

Your specialization for this role will be in our Digital Commerce suite - including Checkout, Payments, Accounting, Money-Flows, and related platform capabilities. You will combine emerging trends in digital technology such as machine learning and artificial intelligence with a disciplined approach towards understanding our clients, their risks, and the insurance products that provide optimal coverage for their business.

You’ll work as part of a rapidly growing team in a fast-paced environment, managing large-scale initiatives that have global reach, improve our customers’ experience, and impact operational teams across the organization. You will collaborate with software engineers and other product managers as well as a large cross-functional team of Operations, Sales, and Business teams. **Essential Job Functions**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work cross-functionally to:
- Conduct strategic analyses, customer/competitor research, and market sizing to inform a digital product vision & strategy- Owns customer discovery and continuous evaluation of product-market fit to create a holistic product roadmap and backlog- Collect, analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user data- Develop, launch, and document new products and features with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence- Analyze and manage product performance to meet company goals- Communicate clearly among the various stakeholders and manage their expectations- Manage digital products or services end to end including conception, launch, and scale in coordination with cross-functional teams- Work closely with designers, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and business teams to ship the right solutions for users’ problems

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s or other relevant advanced degree /certification welcomed- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Product role, however, the role level offered will be commensurate with experience in the field- Field of study in a relevant aspect of digital technology including software development, computer or systems engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, entrepreneurship, or related.

**Professional**:
- Expertise in positively influencing cross-functional teams without direct management authority- Direct experience in digital payments, eCommerce, or related financial transaction capabilities- Experience with a commercial product directly related to a business franchise- Competency getting results in an environment of resource and time constraints- Domain expertise in at least one relevant area such as Insurance, Finance, etc.

**Analytical**:
