The main responsibilities associated with this important role are:
- Carry out project transfers to Customer Service, ensuring projects are transferred in a manageable state with no known open issues
- Manage out-of-warranty communications to customers and follow up on related actions (customer clarifications, consignment stock settlement)
- Manage simple claims related to open repairs, working with repair teams to resolve conflicts and prioritize emergency repairs
- Handle internal errors in Improve related to Customer Service (missing configurations/unclear information)
- Manage Phaseout tasks in Improve, coordinating with Sales Admins, Industrialization, and System Engineering to ensure completion (invoicing)
- Support the analysis of older projects to determine retrofit offers
- Discuss projects, claims, and requirement specifications with customers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical positions, project management, or system engineering
- Proficiency in requirements management skills and capability to think at system level.
- Familiarity with project management processes and procedures
- Experience in the railway or automotive industry is highly valued
- High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to elaborate technical documents (analysis reports, technical proposals, project plans) in a structured and clear way.
- Flexibility regarding the scope of work to be performed
- Ability to work on tasks of different nature in parallel
- Strong results orientation and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and commitment
- Ability to analyze and detect malfunctions and bugs
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-language environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate issues clearly to both business and technology professionals
- Availability for short-term travel (2 - 10 days) when needed
