Since in KRUK España we keep growing and expanding, right now we're looking for an analytical, structured and detail-oriented Operational Portfolio Manager to join our Operational Efficiency & Strategy Department.

You will support the management of portfolios and processes in the international team, being focused on the managing operational input for NPL portfolio valuations.

Which would be your main responsibilities?
- Coordinating the NPL portfolios valuation process within the operational teams involved;
- Drafting the operational input for the NPL portfolio valuations, including the strategies for collection activities;
- Analyzing the composition, performance and risk profile of NPL portfolios to assess their value and potential return;
- Evaluating the risk factors associated to the NPL portfolios and planning strategies to mitigate them;
- Monitoring the performance of the NPL portfolios, reporting their KPIs, and identifying opportunities for optimization:

- Reviewing the documentation related to NPL portfolio acquisition process;
- Preparing documentation of the processes and tasks performed.

**Requisitos**:
Which are the main requirements?
- Work experience of approximately one to two years in the financial sector or debt recovery sector ideally;
- Advanced level of English to communicate with international teams;
- Advanced level of Excel is needed to handle data and reports;
- Analytical skills, to be able to understand the connection and dependencies between different data and indicators;
- Structured and well-organized methods of work;
- Ability to adapt, and to work both autonomously and in collaboration with the team and other national and international departments.
