From Grupo CRIT we are looking for a Portfolio Manager & Underwriting
- **Mission**:

- Manage all communication with clients (internal and external)
- Further improve, refine, and develop where relevant new PM policies and processes
- Consider holistic management dynamics of portfolios and seek ways to improve portfolio performance towards achieving and beating client and management recovery targets
- Support the development of PM IT tools
- Manage all internal referral processes
- Ensure the quality of the information and its optimal availability in a timely manner.

As Underwriting,
- Plan and lead the coordination of due diligence processes
- Consider and implement improvements to existing models
- **Responsabilities**:

- To lead and coordinate the Business Plan (BP) configuration and updating process with the rest of HAM’s operational areas, from the definition of the factors to be included, the timings and deadlines for each action. Supervise and control of the quality of the data included, guaranteeing its optimal availability and exploitation within the planned timeframe.****:

- Provide analysis of portfolio performance for internal and external purposes, including comparisons with the initial investment model and with the subsequent reviewed recovery targets along with cumulative results to previous quarters. With main focus in identifying trends and improvement areas and collaborating with the Asset Management (AM), Real Estate (RE) and Legal departments for the definition and setting of actions oriented to their optimal resolution. It is expected a very proactive approach from PM to this tasks: from proactively suggesting initiatives to work closely with the Front-Office departments in the implementation, monitoring and assessment on results / changes to be made.
- Perform and coordinate tasks of monitoring and control of the Business Plan review and delivery process, in order to ensure at all times, the availability of objective and real information that provides updated reports to the GD and investors.
- Analysis and comparison of Business Plans in order to report to other areas and clients the data, conclusions and recommendations necessary to facilitate the identification of problems and the generation of corrective actions that allow the optimal orientation to the objectives set for each portfolio/investor.
- Coordinate and lead the operational relationship with investors to ensure full alignment on the agreed framework for managing their portfolios, with key responsibility and focus in the portfolio/client boarding phase, working in close cooperation with the Head of Operations to secure a smooth, effective, nondisruptive and efficient process.
- Coordinate the submission of Proposals with AM and RE to Investors including being part of the Proposals (RFAs) review process from a Business Plan / NPV best decision perspective; this will include assisting the AM / RE teams, when necessary, with the analysis of possible alternatives that optimize results and with the financial modelling of the proposals. Given this overview role, PM responsibility will be to identify any operational, procedural or training needs/gaps that would help improving the quality of the proposals and the performance of the teams and/or portfolios.
- Provide specific reports on data of interest required by the investor, guaranteeing the level of detail required in terms of timings and content.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Executives, PTG will be considered as an Internal Client so all processes, procedures and management dynamics to be applied by PM.
- Together with the Executives, define underwriting strategy, process and model for each due diligence; be - Be a contact point for current and potential Investor clients in order to help building trustworthy relationships from our existing operational and due diligence footprint and capabilities, looking to expand both our Servicing and PTG businesses.

The Portfolio Management & Underwriting shall maintain an active business relationship with all the company clients and prospects.

**Requisitos**:
The Portfolio Management & Underwriting must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, actuarial science, finance, business law or accounting.

3. Experience conducting financial oversight activities.

4. Analysing financial projections.

5. Assessing risk.
- **Real Estate knowledge**:

- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
- **Professional experience**:
The Portfolio Management & Underwriting must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, covering the

same competences as above indicated and preferably in a company in the sector
