- Our Supply team keeps looking to bring new and skilled talent to the team This time, we're searching for a Jr. Supply Adops to help us manage our current partnership with Publishers._
**_This is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your career within the digital advertising industry_**

**_Key Responsibilities:_**:

- 1. Act as a liaison between the Publisher and the Ad Operations team, managing a portfolio of publishers and suggesting traffic based on publisher profiles and verticals._
- 2. Evaluate potential new publishers based on criteria such as company size, website quality, partners, and important clients._
- 3. Conduct induction for new Publishers upon company entry._
- 4. Monitor publishers' performance to enhance campaign effectiveness._
- 5. Analyze and generate reports on campaigns across publishers, maintaining communication with the Ad Operations team._
- 6. Report revenue earned to manage payment to publishers._
- 7. Maintain a robust database of classified publishers, actively searching for new publishers on different networks._
- 8. Maintain daily campaign reports, handle billing for publishers, and analyze events for adjustment._

**_Skills and requirements:_**
- _ Availability to start immediately is _**_highly preferred_**:

- **_ Previous experience_**_ within the Digital Advertising industry is needed_
- _ Excellent communication skills in_**_ English_**_ both written and spoken is mandatory. _
- **_Programmatic advertising _**_experience will be a big plus_
- _ Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management_
- _ Proactivity with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long-term relationships_
- _ Good command of Microsoft Excel_
- _ Analytical mind with easiness for statistics and calculations_
- _ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or similar. _
