**About the role**:
As Jr Productivity & Supply Controller Iberia Health & Hygiene, you’ll be responsible for identifying and delivering costs reduction in all P&L budgets lines, with special focus on the Gross Margin, to allow the company to invest in the business growth and deliver higher profit. You will work with most of the areas in the company having an end-to-end scope in project development, overseeing supply chain management too. You ‘ll be the main finance contact to work with Supply team to track all Supply Cost. It includes providing estimations, identifying opportunities, reviewing month end closing and supporting supply services team during Plan & Forecast.

Through effective entrepreneurship and ambition, networking and dealing with numbers, you will help the business to operate in a more effective and sustainable way, having to deal with factors such as long-term sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. You will be located at the heart of Barcelona City

**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll:

- Construct and scrutinise our annual and quarterly P & L, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis for business planning
- Assess company performance at various levels, providing key insights on revenue and profit trends
- Engage in scenario analysis to forecast potential impacts on business outcomes
- Craft presentations for leadership that encapsulate financial insights and strategies
- Contribute to business process improvements and uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Run GM expansion projects reviews to Senior Management Team
- Liaise between commercial and manufacturing organization and P&L, including all departments
- Inputting savings identified into forecast and plan processes, and later tracking in monthly closings to ensure implementation & trazability
- Business partner for supply chain management: logistics, promo embellishment, warehousing, distribution, customer service
- Leading the Supply services plan & forecast, review the month end and analyze potential risk/opportunities
- Manage Obsoletes provision monthly, working closely with Demand Planning team, providing a robust explanation of the variances and also helping to implement actions to reduce slow/movers and Obsoletes following company Clearance policies

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Degree in Business or Economics with specific knowledge in Finance
- 2-3 years in Controlling / Auditing / FP&A
- Adept at financial modelling, with excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation
- A firm understanding of financial statements including P&L, cash flow and balance sheets
- The business language at Reckitt is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, navigating stakeholder relationships with ease
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
