Rashmi Metaliks Limited is hiring a dynamic and experienced **Sales Head - Europe** to lead our strategic sales initiatives across the European continent in the **water infrastructure** and **ductile iron pipe (DIP)** sectors.

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a results-driven sales expert with a strong network in utility companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and knowledge of European water regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and lead the sales strategy for Europe, focusing on DIP and water infrastructure segments.
- Identify new business opportunities in municipal water projects, wastewater treatment, and industrial piping.
- Build and manage relationships with EPC contractors, water boards, city councils, consultants, and distributors.
- Drive project-based selling; respond to RFPs, prepare bids, and participate in large infrastructure tenders.
- Develop a regional network of agents, channel partners, and sales representatives.
- Monitor regulatory developments and align product positioning with local compliance requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and water industry forums across Europe.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus.
- **10+ years of sales leadership experience** in the **ductile iron pipe** or **water industry**, with a minimum of 5 years in a European market.
- Demonstrated track record of handling large project sales and key account management.
- Deep understanding of European tendering processes, certifications (e.g., ISO, WRAS, DVGW), and technical standards.
- Fluent in **English**; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe for customer meetings and business development.
