**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate across functions to ensure Environmental Sustainability objectives, targets and programs are properly aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide technical expertise on key issues related to Environmental Sustainability and on Sustainability risks in the development, construction, operations and maintenance of power plants.
- Provide support on sustainable financing initiatives, including development of Green Bond frameworks.
- Collaborate across functional groups and assist in the development of Environmental Sustainability training and capacity-building sessions.
- Support development of global Environmental Sustainability metrics and targets, and associated governance, including data management guidance.
- Monitor global Environmental Sustainability impacts, trends, regulatory developments, and areas of improvement.
- Manage assurance process of key Environmental Sustainability metrics and disclosures (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD etc.).
- Ensure Environmental Sustainability disclosures are accurate and reported transparently, both internally and externally, through various formats and achieving compliance with applicable requirements.
- Provide Environmental Sustainability risk assessment reviews, including Energy and Climate Change aspects of growth opportunities, including BD and M&A.
- Refine and improve existing GHG quantification models and processes for data collection, target-setting, tracking, management and reporting. Additionally, provide support for forecasting and analyzing GHG emissions.
- Represent CG’s Environmental Sustainability interests on Industry Associations, with NGOs, partners, and at conferences.
- Support operational transitions associated with ContourGlobal’s decarbonization strategy, including decommissioning and conservation efforts.
- Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of external and internal stakeholders, aiding them in improving the consistency and quality of Environmental Sustainability performance.
- Support CG’s drive to advance strategic initiatives, including identification of incentives, GHG reduction technologies, and technical support on major projects, financial initiatives, and other carbon management systems within the organization.
- RFP scoping and development, consultant management, budget controls.
- Other responsibilities, as requested, from time to time.

**Location**:
Madrid office preferred, however, other locations such as our CG offices in Houston, Sofia, Vienna, and Milan would be considered.
