**Are you the one?**

The ERP Lead is responsible for assisting in the implementation, and day-to-day support of all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and modules. The ERP Lead will make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through an ERP module(s). Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the ERP solutions with business stakeholders.

**Requirements**:**What will you do?**
- Manage, support, and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (Netsuite) system.
- Plan and lead projects to select ERP systems and modules.
- Plan, lead, and act as lead implementer on projects to implement ERP systems
- Plan and lead projects to implement integrations between ERP systems and other systems of the company
- Create workflow and automation in ERP (Netsuite) system
- Elicit and document end user needs through in-person project intake meetings. Develop detailed specifications and requirements documents based off these needs
- Build strong relationships with non-IT staff and validate the ERP solutions with business stakeholders.- Document procedures for software usage by end users and support by IT staff using step-by-step instructions and workflow diagrams
- Document clear and thorough business cases to help the organization decide whether to proceed with a project
- Assume other related responsibilities and special projects as required

**Experience & skills required**:

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation, including listening, written, and verbal communication
- Strong project management skills with a proven history of getting team-based projects completed on budget, on schedule, within scope, and meeting the project objectives
- Strong Knowledge of Netsuite (2 years of experience in Netsuite)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong ability to elicit and clearly document requirements
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, problem-solve, and analyze
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize work
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment while sustaining great attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work both independently and with team members
