En Q-tech estamos buscando un/a Middleware & Data Integration Lead para unirse a un ambicioso proyecto de transformación digital y modernización tecnológica dentro de una organización de gran escala y alcance internacional. El rol será clave en la definición del modelo global de datos , la estandarización de integraciones y la consolidación de un ecosistema tecnológico robusto, escalable y orientado a datos , trabajando de la mano de equipos técnicos y de negocio en múltiples países. Es una oportunidad única para construir desde cero el nuevo modelo de integración corporativo , con impacto directo en miles de usuarios y sistemas core. Responsabilidades Liderar la estrategia de integraciones Middleware , garantizando calidad, trazabilidad y estandarización del dato. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura de integración de datos entre sistemas corporativos (ERP, aplicaciones internas, CRM, reporting, etc.). Gestionar y priorizar un portfolio de más de 200 integraciones , asegurando su correcta planificación, seguimiento y entrega. Desarrollar integraciones basadas en APIs mediante herramientas cloud. Definir e implantar mecanismos de monitorización para asegurar rendimiento, estabilidad y continuidad operativa. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y actuar como nexo entre áreas técnicas y funcionales. Liderar procesos de migración tecnológica y transición de entornos cloud y plataformas de datos. Garantizar que las integraciones cumplan con los estándares de seguridad, escalabilidad y arquitectura empresarial . Documentar integraciones y comunicar su funcionamiento a públicos técnicos y no técnicos.
