Reconocida empresa del sector alimentación, está en búsqueda de un Executive Assistand para apoyar al CEO de la compañía. Las principales tareas a realizar son las siguientes:
- Consolidación Reporting: Reporting seguimiento Proyectos Estratégicos. Indicadores AG y BC. Calidad. ProductividaD. InnovaciÓN. Personal. Ventas. ESG
- Gestión de la agenda: Programando reuniones (Calendario, Orden dia, Follow Ups, documentacion a preparar/analizar). Organizar viajes. Asistencia a reuniones (al menos internas) para levantar Acta (de forma que puedas hacer follow ups)
- Presentaciones
- Comunicaciones: Punto de contacto entre el directivo y los empleados, clientes y proveedores, gestionando la correspondencia, llamadas y correos electrónicos.
- Control de documentos y archivos importantes, asegurándose de que se mantengan actualizados y organizados.
- Soporte administrativo: Proporciona soporte administrativo general; por ejemplo, preparación de informes de gastos; actualización documentación (contratos, Plantillas Condiciones Comerciales, actas, etc).
- Preparación y revisión documentos para su Firma.
Se valora: formación en Secretariado o Licenciatura; nível de inglés intermedio avanzado; experiência previa en puesto similar; Actitud proactiva; Conocimiento de paquete Office completo: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project Manager o programas de planificación.
