Tasks

**As a Client Operations Manager, your responsibilities include**:
Managing and implementing projects from a P&L and operational perspective
- Process optimization
- Reaching Service Level Agreements and KPI’s in accordance with client agreements
- Managing client relationships and ensure follow-up actions and plans
- Collecting information and building report on operational, financial, and quality performance for Senior Management on a regular basis
- Planning and organizing work through peaks and lows, anticipating obstacles
- Develop and support the team of Coaches in terms of knowledge and tools in order to reach team objectives
- Ensure a good working atmosphere amongst the team

**What you need**:

- Native level of German (with Dutch is a plus)
- Good level of English
- Bachelor’s degree or equal through experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in an operational customer service environment
- Relevant experience in support or managerial roles in a call center environment
