**About the Role**

As a Product Manager specializing in sports betting technology, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your strategic mindset and ability to understand user needs will be crucial in guiding the development of innovative product solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key initiatives and milestones to achieve strategic goals and drive product evolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to execute on the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and user insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and measure the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to internal stakeholders and external customers, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management roles, with a focus on software or technology products. Experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices, with experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decision-making across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
