**Job Description Summary**
Buscamos una persona para incorporarse de beca en el equipo de Asset Services en Madrid.
Dando apoyo y soporte al equipo en:
- Mantenimiento de la información en Yardi: TODOS los aspectos relacionados con el activo: Facturación/ingresos; contabilización gastos, contratos proveedores, presupuestos, información contractual de inquilinos
- Actualizaciones fianzas, rentas, IPC
- Renovaciones avales
- Elaboración de informes
- Elaboración de presupuesto y cierre de gastos conjuntamente con Property
- Cambio de titularidad de suministros
- Comunicación de cambio de propiedad a los proveedores
- Reclamaciones de deuda - gestión de deuda inicial antes de burofax
- Documentación de deuda coordinando con abogados
- Coordinación con los contables
- Obligaciones contractuales del contrato gestión
- Seguimiento de facturación y cobro de honorarios
Perfil que buscamos:
- FP Administracion y Finanzas /Grado en: ADE, Económicas, Finanzas o similar. Y/o Másters similares
- Persona resolutiva y autónoma
- Usuario avanzado de Excel
- Facilidad para trabajar en entorno digital
- Inglés: nível alto
- Comunicación y facilidad para relacionarse con cliente interno
- Imprescindible disponibilidad a jornada completa de L - V (Incorporación Inmediata)
