Then our Products team wants to hear from you We are a team of versatile and self-driven professionals responsible for the development and financial impact of the exchange. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to design and improve services for our clients. As part of the Products team, you will contribute to initiatives spanning multiple asset classes, with a dedicated focus on fixed income and structured products. The role requires structuring new business services, taking into account market structure practices, client needs, regulatory developments and financials. It offers not just the chance to work at the forefront of financial services across asset classes, but also the ability to help shape the services and offerings of a Pan-European exchange group. What You Will Do Contribute to the overall Product Strategy, ensuring it reflects the Exchange's strategic roadmap and evolving client needs across asset classes, with a particular focus on fixed income and structured products Initiate and support new product developments in line with the strategic roadmap, while responding tactically to emerging market opportunities Capture and prioritize detailed customer requirements through collaboration with client-facing teams Take ownership and driving initiatives and projects from conception to completion, ensuring that customer needs are represented and that business cases remain valid Develop and maintain close relations with clients and stakeholders both externally (peers, competitors, providers, influencers) and internally (Sales, Operations and Project Managers, Business Development and other SIX teams) Act as a knowledge holder for trading services across asset classes, providing expertise on market structure, product design, and regulatory developments What You Bring University degree in Economics, Finance or a similar field. Postgraduate studies in Financial Markets will be an asset Minimum of 3 years of experience working in capital markets, preferably within fixed income or structured products markets Open, innovative, self-motivated, pragmatic person who delivers high quality work consistently combined with a structured work style Good analytical and conceptual skills, someone who can interrogate data to identify interesting trends or potential client issues.
