**FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Spain**
**What you would do**
You will contribute to strengthen our Marine Department in Spain, delivering innovative access solutions that make our customers happy. You will travel all over the world to perform a diverse range of maintenance and installation. You will also:
- Perform planned and preventive maintenance, repair and service to hardware solutions such as electronic locks, safes, and other IT equipment.
- Participate in testing and servicing new hardware and software products, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Be involved in software installation, programming, and development, including laptop configuration and system updates.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Work under pressure in a multinational environment.
**The skills and experience you need**
We are looking for problem-solvers, quick thinkers, and technical experts with:
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows and network solutions, with additional experience in Linux and databases (SQL or others); also possesses carpentry and IT skills.
- Experience in technical planning, commissioning, and training of crew in the use and maintenance of products. Experience with ASSA ABLOY electronic lock systems and access control systems will be a plus.
- Good spoken and written English, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
