**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Gestión integral de proyectos, preferentemente en entornos Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Liderazgo de equipos técnicos, idealmente con personas especializadas en tecnologías Microsoft.
- Gestión de cuentas cliente, incluyendo ampliación de la presencia y generación de nuevas oportunidades.
- Colaboración en iniciativas comerciales y de marketing operativo, como:

- Desarrollo de contenidos para blogs y LinkedIn.
- Participación en el website corporativo y nuestro digital workplace.
- Uso y comprensión de herramientas de gestión operativa y comercial
- Experiência exclusiva en entornos Microsoft.
- Conocimientos generales sobre integración, performance y mantenimiento de soluciones.
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Capacidad para realizar supervisión técnico-funcional para asegurar la calidad en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones.

- Capacidad para gestionar expectativas de negocio, estimar esfuerzo y tiempos.
- Persona proactiva, creativa, responsable y comprometida.
- Fuerte orientación al trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad al cambio.
- Excelentes habilidades de oratoria y comunicación activa. Perfil auténtico, fresco y motivador, con buen match con la cultura de Raona
