**Process Leader Warehousing Integration**:
**About the Role**
Join us at the heart of supply chain innovation at Essity. As a key player in our supply chain team, you’ll lead and enhance core logistics, warehousing, and data processes. This role blends strategy and execution, driving efficiency, innovation, and global collaboration across Essity’s operations.
**What You Will Do**:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes, including external Warehouse Management Systems, warehousing, yard planning and performance tracking. Besides this you will also closely connect with order/delivery management as well as transport planning processes to secure the integration with warehousing processes, in collaboration with Business Process Leads.
- Own and maintain the supply chain enterprise structure within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business needs and global standards.
- Drive process excellence by proposing best practices, supporting new market entries, promoting simplification, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Process Experts, Superusers, and Sub-Process Leads to capture business requirements, define process flows, and implement integrated solutions.
- Oversee training, documentation, and role-based learning programs to support process changes and future skill development.
- Ensure data integrity through Master Data Management oversight and coordination with MDM teams on data-related initiatives.
- Maintain compliance by managing process documentation, supporting audits, and facilitating discussions with compliance and ServEss teams.
**Who You Are**:
- Extensive expertise within supply chain execution processes such as order management, transport planning and warehouse management with significant influence within & above peer group (7-10 years)
- Strong process knowledge, cross-functional understanding, and business acumen.
- Capable of translating functional insights into actionable processes and models.
- Communicates effectively, works collaboratively, and is adaptable.

**Location**
The primary location for this role will be our Sant Joan Despí offices in Barcelona. However, we are also open to considering other Essity sites across Europe
