**Overview**

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking to advance their career through helping protect a key player of the MedTech market. As a IT Consultant for Identity and Access Management, you will have responsibility for on-going development of IAM strategy to ensure it remains aligned with business needs while maintaining the lowest risk exposure for Healthineers. You will be part of an expert team to improve identity governance processes, user account lifecycle and authentication and authorization capabilities.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

The position will bring a mix of the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Define the requirements for new functionalities regarding Identity and Access Management.
- Test and rollout new solutions/processes for the overall global company IAM requirements.
- Institutionalizes IAM practice through training and on-going knowledge transfer.
- Contributes to strategic discussions and partners to determine IAM implementations and changes. Works with Business stakeholders to define and execute IAM business requirements.
- Helps on developing and executing the strategy for Identity and Access Management to support a complex company.
- Ensures that the implemented IAM processes and tools continue to meet the needs of the company.
- Be the go-to person for all matters relating to Identity and Access Management. Acts as champion and educates Business, Regional and IT stakeholders on all aspects of IAM.

**Qualifications**
- Identity and Access Management and Privileged Identity Management technologies and latest developments, as well as practical deployment experience.
- IAM organization level practices, translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements, and implementing relevant processes and operational models.
- Identity Governance technologies and practices.
- Software development technologies and practices.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD operation and security.
- IAM in Cloud and SaaS environments.
- Zero Trust identity architecture and design.
- Laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy. Cybersecurity and how it impacts privacy principles.

**Additionally**
- STEM studies are highly desirable but might be traded-off for relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in IAM Operations of mid-size to large high-tech and healthcare organizations as well as working in geographically distributed teams is highly valuable.
- Expected time travelling abroad 0-25%.

- Able to work on a very tight schedule, while keeping track of tasks progress and deadlines.
- Able to structure complex problems and find practicable solutions to those.

- Self-learning and curiosity to keep pace with the ever-evolving cybersecurity developments are highly appreciated.
- Advanced English and Communication skills: clear and concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
