We are currently seeking a Data Center Project Manager for our offices in Madrid (Spain) and Mechelen (Belgium).

**What is the role about?**:
As a Data Center Project Manager at IPS, you will actively manage various projects, ranging from small security upgrades to complete renovations of large server room facilities. Your responsibilities may include several phases and specializations:

- Project feasibility: building layout, technical space/white space planning, general time planning, purchasing strategy, financial planning, TIER level determination.
- Project preparation: investment analysis, basic engineering, TIER checklist, permits, financing, and procurement.
- Project implementation: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning, and operational management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is an asset.
- 10 years of relevant experience with industrial projects, including 5 to 7 years at critical locations such as hospitals, military facilities, data centers, airports, power stations, or tunnels, with experience in electrical and cooling projects (24/7 operations).
- Strong interest and knowledge in data centers and their specific cooling facilities (chillers, loops, DFU, DX, containment, etc.), resilient power systems (generators, switch cabinets, UPS, distribution), and electronics.
- Experience with European projects, standards, and certifications.
- Experience with network cabling is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and design software (AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 or similar); familiarity with MEP software for calculations or revisions is a plus.
