Our Dating Product team is highly committed to creating innovative and engaging sites that entertain online daters around the world. We are looking for a Digital Content Manager that will play a pivotal role in organizing and moderating the content on our sites. They will collaborate in a cross-functional team that prides itself on cutting edge digital innovations in the dating industry. If you know your Tinder from your Hinge, and your Bumble from your OkCupid, this role might be for you.
Here’s the responsibilities
- Create and organize content based on the priorities of the product team
- Scout fresh and innovative content to grip our users
- Track and monitor website analytics and suggest ways to improve retention and user engagement
- A/B test content using a data-driven approach
- Continuous optimization of current content to increase purchase rates
- Experiment with new projects that enhance the user experience
- Oversee online chat QA and monitor the success of chat agents
**Requirements**:
- Native level of English a must
- 2+ years experience in content management and marketing desirable
- Knowledge of dating apps and websites, online trends, and digital innovations, especially mobile
- Data-oriented: Experience with analyzing data and taking actions based on insights
- Acute attention to detail, highly organized and deadline oriented
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Energetic with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; flexible and collaborative
- Comfortable with adult entertainment
