Head of Security

In your role as Head of Security, you will join our engineering team and play a key role in evolving and shaping Archlet’s cybersecurity strategy. You will report directly to the CTO of the business and work alongside our motivated and ambitious team. Within a year, you will also build and lead our DevSecOps team.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Evangelize “shift-left security” and coach engineering teams in baking security into the development process.
- Develop solutions to address flaws in the product, infrastructure, and processes.
- Design and implement automated, continuous penetration tests and security scans.
- Monitor & manage security-related metrics.
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and roll them out across engineering teams and product management.
- Get Archlet ISO 27001 certified.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of experience participating in Information Security Audits.
- Excellent knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Confident in data protection matters related to Cloud Platforms Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience designing and implementing rollout of SAST and DAST solutions.
- Experience performing Vulnerability Assessment Penetration Testing (VAPT), as well as supporting development teams address findings.
- Experience designing and executing Risk Assessments and Security Audits.
- Experience coaching teams in adopting security best practices, embedding security in all phases of SDLC.
