Estamos buscando para nuestro cliente, empresa multinacional y referente del sector alimentario, un **HR Analytics Project**para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas en Recursos Humanos mediante el análisis de datos.

**MISIÓN DEL PUESTO**

Analizar datos de recursos humanos y optimizar procesos mediante la implementación y el uso efectivo del ERP SAP alineando la estrategia de RRHH con los objetivos generales del negocio, con el objetivo de mejorar la gestión del talento, optimizar procesos, aumentar el rendimiento organizacional y alinear las iniciativas de RR. HH. con los objetivos del negocio.

**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Elaborar informes mensuales de RRHH (absentismo,plantilla...).
- Colaborar en el diseño de KPIS y realizar su seguimiento.
- Elaboración de presupuestos anuales de RRHH y realizar su seguimiento.
- Analizar y realizar el reporting de datos de RRHH (horas, costes, salarios...).
- Gestionar los proyectos que sean asignados end to end.
- Configurar y mantener el sistema SAP HCM.
- Resolución de incidencias.
- Formación a los usuarios siempre que sea necesario.

**FORMACIÓN Y COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS**
- Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, ADE, RRHH o similares.
- Formación especializada en SAP en el módulo de RRHH (se valorará el conocimiento en otros módulos).
- SAP HCM | SAP Sucessfactors | Lenguaje de programación SAP ABAP.
- Conocimientos avanzado teórico-práctico de la legislación laboral.
- Idiomas: Español, Gallego e Inglés (mínimo B2).
