FREELANCE - SAP Payroll Consultant - Spanish Payroll (12-month contract, Feb start)

I'm currently looking for a Spanish speaking- Spanish Payroll expert for one of our biggest clients in Spain.

It's 100% remote and daily rates are competitive.

Role Overview:

- Lead client workshops and gather payroll requirements
- Design key payroll documentation and configure Spanish Payroll in SAP HXM
- Work with offshore teams on global payroll setup
- Communicate with project managers and senior stakeholders
- Manage risks, scope, and delivery in an Agile environment

Profile:

- Strong SAP HXM and Payroll knowledge
- Solid HR process expertise
- Proactive, independent, and well-organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused team player
