Senior Community Managers at EPAM represent the client’s brand at community events. We help communities learn, grow, and network and steward the world's largest community program as well as a global scene of tech creators. Our clients’ audience ranges from students and entrepreneurs to casual developers, open-source contributors, content creators, and technology experts. In this team, we put the success and relationship to passionate technology experts front and centre.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage relationships with, and foster the creation of inclusive developer communities, both formal and informal. Meet with developers, promoting client's technologies to them
- Driving scaled approach to train more developers across Europe
- Representing Developer Ecosystem in European communities
- Driving local developer activity while positioning client as a thought leader
- Host online or in-person summits and events for program members
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support the Global Developer Ecosystem team
- Support Developer Ecosystem's programs at community events
- Identify community needs, key industry trends, insights and proactively develop strategies to best satisfy them

**What You Have**:

- Project/Program Management experience of +2 years
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Developer community experience
- Be able to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently
- Communicate and collaborate in a virtual, international team
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- A strong passion for diversity and inclusion
- Experience working with Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)

**Nice to have**:

- Ability to speak and write in Italian at communicative level
- Experience as a community leader
- Experience with conference presentations or public speaking
- Previous experience in organizing and executing events, good understanding of online/hybrid/offline event management best practices
- Technical background or affinity for technology
- Understanding of the StartUp ecosystem is a plus
- Any other language would be a plus
