**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

A global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for **beauty brand owners**,with offices in **Europe, Asia, USA** and **Australia** and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities is looking for a** PAYROLL CONSULTANT** for their Compensation & Benefits team of People Department.

**THE MISSION OF THIS ROLE IS**:
To provide day-to-day guidance, management and compliance of Rewards and Compensation processes and procedures for the whole Group.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Compensation: execution of the compensation processes related to salary structures
- Internal and external benchmarks, and annual salary adjustments.
- Participate as an active member in the annual salary review.
- Review and participate actively in the Design, build and delivery of the annual salary review for the group
- Project management
- Benefits coordination, including management and/or implementation of the Company Benefits Plan Worldwide
- Coordinate, review and validate with the external payroll companies the worldwide monthly payroll process to ensure the correct management.

The Office is located in one of the wonderfull skyscrapers of Hospitalet De LLobregat( Barcelona)

Permanent contract

Working hours : Flexible,you can start your job from 8am till 9:30am, 8.5 hours from Monday to Thursday and 6hours on Friday

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong Excel skills (Essential)
- Advanced English and Spanish level
